Who we are

Simplex Software & Internet Services Ltd. is a Cypriot ICT company covering consulting, web and internet services, advanced infrastructure and data centre services. Since 2007 we have operated from our own premises, which include our own data centre.

Since May 2025 Simplex has been wholly owned by Cyta (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority), through Digimed Communications Ltd.

We have delivered projects for private and public organisations in Cyprus, Europe, the Middle East, the U.S. and Australia, including major banking and government projects.

We start from what each customer actually needs and build in steps, keeping costs sensible and leaving room to expand later.
